Troubleshooting MyECC

 

What you should know before logging on to the new MyECC

  • Invalid username?
    Are you logging in with your ECC email address, ie student@elcamino.edu?
      
  • Having trouble with your Username or Password?
    Click the Chat icon or call the Help Desk at 310-660-6571. Have your student ID number ready along with the error message.
      
  • Show non-secure items?
    While on the portal, if prompted click Yes to view non-secure items 

  • Email Credentials
    This ties your ECC email to your portal account. When entered the system will display the number of unread email messages in your mailbox. 

  • Self-Service Links  
    Links for registration and payments are under Self-Services.  Click the text to expand the topic.
