El Camino College to Present the Kenneth Walker Dance Project

Los Angeles-based dance group will bring contemporary ballet to life!

The Kenneth Walker Dance Project (KWDP) will showcase modern ballet in El Camino College's Marsee Auditorium during a performance of "The Seasons," set for 8 p.m. Oct. 21.

Bringing its brand of contemporary ballet to life in Los Angeles for over a decade, KWDP was formed in 2004 out of the former Ballet Pacifica. KWDP presents a range of repertoire described as classical technique with modern sensibilities. The award-winning company has appeared at festivals throughout Los Angeles and California.

For this performance, KWDP will be present its version of "The Seasons," as well as repertory favorites.

Tickets for the performance range from $10-$22 and may be purchased online at centerforthearts.org using the online ticketing system or by phone at 800-832-ARTS. The Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Campus parking is $3. Marsee Auditorium is located at 16007 Crenshaw Boulevard, Torrance.
