REAL ESTATE ENDOWMENT FUND SCHOLARSHIP

Scholarship requirements for Real Estate major:

Scholarship awards of up to $800 per academic year for low income/disadvantaged students
Applicants must complete 6 units (or the quarter equivalent) of real estate classes for each semester/quarter funded.
Applicants must demonstrate minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA for all college courses
Additional information and applications are available from the Real Estate Department Coordinator or the Financial Aid Office at your community college.
Application Deadline: April 1, of each year. Funding is very limited. Submit applications early.

Priority for awards will be given to low-income students based upon the following income standards:
Self-supporting independent students should include their income and that of their spouse, if any. Dependent students (living with or receiving support from parents/guardians) should report the income of their parents/guardians only. The income of the dependent applicant is not considered.
Funds are raised from DRE license fees and administered by the Chancellor's Office.
