REAL ESTATE ENDOWMENT FUND SCHOLARSHIP
Scholarship requirements for Real Estate major:
- Scholarship awards of up to $800 per academic year for low income/disadvantaged students
- Applicants must complete 6 units (or the quarter equivalent) of real estate classes for each semester/quarter funded.
- Applicants must demonstrate minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA for all college courses
- Additional information and applications are available from the Real Estate Department Coordinator or the Financial Aid Office at your community college.
- Application Deadline: April 1, of each year. Funding is very limited. Submit applications early.
Priority for awards will be given to low-income students based upon the following income standards:
Self-supporting independent students should include their income and that of their spouse, if any. Dependent students (living with or receiving support from parents/guardians) should report the income of their parents/guardians only. The income of the dependent applicant is not considered.
Funds are raised from DRE license fees and administered by the Chancellor's Office.
