REAL ESTATE & LAND USE INSTITUTE (RELUI) SCHOLARSHIP

An April application deadline has been set for over $50,000 in scholarships and internships administered by THE CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY - REAL ESTATE & LAND USE INSTITUTE (RELUI).

RELUI targets minority and disadvantaged students attending any of the 22 California State University Campuses. Students must be enrolled in a Real Estate program that is oriented towards a career in the Real Estate Industry.

Applicants must be enrolled at least half-time (12 units) as an undergraduate or classified graduate student during the period covered by the grant.
Undergraduate applicants must have a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 2.25 and graduates must have a minimum GPA of 3.0.

The award money being distributed by RELUI is part of a $1,430,000 endowment initially established by Assembly Bill 603. That measure was authored by Teresa Hughes (D-Los Angeles).

RELUI is the 22 campus CSU system's applied research and professional education center for real estate.
Its purpose is to promote and advance knowledge, objective research, and education relating to Land Use and Real Estate.
