OREA Real Estate Appraisal License: Certified General License
Education:
A minimum of 300 hours of appraisal related education covering the specific topics required by AQB, with at least 15 hours on USPAP. Bachelors degree or higher. In lieu of the required degree Thirty (30) semester credit hours covering the following subject matter courses:
