OREA REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL
License: Leased Residential Real Property Appraiser

Education:

Prior to January 1, 2008, a minimum of 90 hours of appraisal related education covering the specific topics required by AQB, with at least 15 hours on USPAP; and, after January 1, 2008, a minimum of 150 hours of appraisal related education covering the specific topics required by AQB, with at least 15 hours on USPAP.

Total 150 hours  
Experience:
A minimum of 2,000 hours of acceptable appraisal experience.
(Note: For DRE Brokers, check with OREA to see if 1,000 of experience equivalency can be used for R. E. Brokers license and experience on Comparative Market Analysis reports)

Exam: Must pass the AQB approved residential examination.
