OREA REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL License: Leased Residential Real Property Appraiser
Education:
Prior to January 1, 2008, a minimum of 90 hours of appraisal related education covering the specific topics required by AQB, with at least 15 hours on USPAP; and, after January 1, 2008, a minimum of 150 hours of appraisal related education covering the specific topics required by AQB, with at least 15 hours on USPAP.
