REAL ESTATE SCHOLARSHIPS

Frank Fowler Memorial Real Estate Department Scholarship. Each recipient must have completed two real estate courses at El Camino College to receive this $300 scholarship.

Real Estate Education Center Endowment Committee Scholarship. Students meeting income and scholastic criteria may apply for this $400 per semester, $800 per year scholarship.

C.A.R. Scholarship. The California Association of Realtors (CAR) awards scholarships to both the two year ($1000) and four year ($2000) students who meet the criteria based upon income and scholastic ability.

REEA/Harwood Scholarship. The Dr. Bruce Harwood Memorial Real Estate Scholarship is awarded through the Real Estate Educators Association to students meeting the academic criteria. The scholarship is $500. 

Stephen Fainsberg Scholarship. El Camino College awards this $200 scholarship to real estate professionals who meet certain employment and academic criteria.

RELUI Scholarship. Real Estate and Land Use Institute targets minority and disadvantaged students for this scholarship which ranges from $600 to $935 per semester.

IREM/Rittle Scholarship. The Paul H. Rittle, Sr. Memorial Scholarship is awarded through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) to individuals based upon financial need and a demonstrated commitment to a primary career in real estate management. 

To apply for these and other scholarships contact the El Camino College Scholarship office which provides an informative handbook, as well as the Scholarship 101 Computer Program match.
