James Spainhower? Wow. So glad to read something from you. I am an occasional lurker on this board. I am living with my beautiful small family in Richmond, California. I have abandoned life in the law (I am very happy about this) and I now work in long term care insurance in San Rafael. I have more time and upward mobility opportunity. I am hugely into competitive tennis.

Diana, Mark (who is mostly right about rap music- see, I'm not rigid), Chris and Terry remain some of my biggest influences, although I remain a liberal, except on guns and population. Arnold is cool too.

Diana - sorry for not answer your email. It was truly wonderful to hear from you. I am emerging after a long hiatus with my past. Hope to talk and see all of you soon.
