Suzanne Herschenhorn, Ph.D.
Professor of English as a Second Language

Education: BS (Languages and Linguistics) Georgetown University; MA (TESL), University of California, Los Angeles; MA and Ph. D. (Clinical Psychology), California School of Professional Psychology.

Experience: Taught English as a Second Language at AAUA and Royal Thai Navy, Bangkok, Thailand, UCLA, USC, Los Angeles Unified School District - Division of Career and Continuing Education; Assistant Project Director for the Indochinese Vocational and Educational Demonstration Project. Has taught ESL at ECC full time for over 15 years.

Interesting Facts: Suzanne is also a clinical psychologist. In addition, she is an ACE Certified aerobics instructor. She has traveled to Europe, Africa, Asia, Central and South America and the Caribbean. She enjoys the arts, movies, and walking on the beach at sunrise and sunset.
