Dr. Dave Pierce
Morningside High School (1st graduating class), BS and MS Engineering; Ph.D. Astronomy. Over thirty years experience teaching Astronomy, Physics, Math, History of Science at the college level. I've worked for over 20 years in the aerospace industry, including Voyager Mission to the outer planets at the Jet Propulsion Lab. My interests include teaching, reading, walking, gardening (orchids and cactus, not together), volleyball, weightlifting, my church (Brentwood Presbyterian), and travel to 25 foreign countries and 40 National Parks.
