FORMS FOR SLOs & ASSESSMENT
We have developed these forms for ECC faculty to use to perform assessment audits of their courses and programs, and to submit assessment proposals. More forms for other uses are currently being developed and will be posted to this site as soon as they are finished.
Student Learning Outcomes Report Form
Use the following form to: 1) propose an SLO, assessment and rubric; 2) report the assessment data; 3) reflect on the assessment results. After completing each step, please be sure to send the form to slo@elcamino.edu .
