Human Development 10 (3 units):  Strategies for Success in College - This course will provide students with knowledge, skills and personal/interpersonal awareness necessary for success in college.  Critical thinking and strategic learning will be developed.  (Instructor:  B. Hoanzl)

Educational Development 22 (2 units):  Personal Assessment - This course explores concepts of self-appraisal and interpersonal communication.  Students will explore the concept of motivation and why we behave the way we do.  (Instructor:  G. Clark)

Educational Development 29 (0.5 unit):  Individualized Assessment of Learning - Designed to assess a student's strengths and weaknesses and determine eligibility for services as a student with a learning disability. (Instructor:  B. Hoanzl, K. Holmes)

Educational Development 31abcd (1 unit):  Increased Learning Performance - Students receive concurrent academic support in math or writing skills with learning facilitation in small groups.  (Instructor: J. Land, S. Schleicher)

Educational Development 32ab (3 units):  Psychology of Affective Learning - This course provides practical ideas and exercises designed to enhance the student's self-concept as it relates to successful learning.  (Instructor: B. Hoanzl)

Educational Development 33ab (3 units):  Specific Learning Strategies - Students learn how to learn more efficiently as a student with a specific disability.  A variety of learning techniques will be developed.  (Instructor: R. Lovell, S. Schleicher)  

Educational Development 35ab (3 units):  Reading Skills for Student with Learning Differences - Designed to improve basic reading skills for those with learning differences.  (Instructor: B. Hoanzl)

Educational Development 36ab (3 units):  Writing Skills for Students with Learning Differences - Designed to improve basic writing skills for those with learning differences.  (Instructor: J. Land)

Educational Development 40 (2 units):  Assisted Computer Literacy - Designed as an introductory course with emphasis on access devices and word processing within the Windows environment.  (Instructor: R. Lovell)

Educational Development 8ab (3 units):  Basic Mathematics Preparation for Deaf & Hard of Hearing - Self-paced course for students who wish to develop basic arithmetic skills.  (Instructor: J. Lenham) 

Educational Development 9ab (3 units):  Advanced Mathematics Preparation for Deaf & Hard of Hearing - Self-paced course for students who wish to develop more advance arithmetic skills  (Instructor: J. Lenham)

Educational Development 10abcd (3 units):  English Grammar Skills for Deaf & Hard of Hearing - Basic remedial program designed to prepare students for college level work.  Focuses on language needs, following written directions and vocabulary development.  (Instructor: J. Lenham)

Educational Development 11abcd (3 units):  Writing & Reading for Deaf & Hard of Hearing - Basic course designed to prepare students for college level work, improving student's ability to read detailed materials.  Students will also learn paragraphing and outlining skills.  (Instructor: J. Collette)
