TEACHER PIPELINE (CTETP)

This program is designed for industry experienced adults, high  school graduates and GED recipients interested in becoming secondary or post-secondary teachers of career oriented  classes.

Housed in the Childhood Education Department, the CTETP is your pipeline to CTE teacher certification.

Integration Across ECC Programs

El Camino offers a variety of programs from technical degrees and certifications to the Teacher Education Program. The CTETP is your bridge to the various programs that will help you become a CTE teacher.

Individualized Counseling

Counselors and academic advisors will help you choose the classes that will help you meet your educational goals.

Pipeline to CSULB and CSULA

The CTETP works closely with our partners California State University Long Beach and California State University Los Angeles to provide our students a seamless transfer to the university level.

Certification

CTE teacher certification is changing. We understand the changes and will ensure you get the support you need to obtain your certification.
