FIPP includes:
• Participation in Summer Basic Skills Summit (On Course I training, a $995 value).
• Strategy Implementation Project. Finally, a chance to do more than attend a seminar and go home!
Implement what you learn through collaboration with other ECC faculty members.
• Commitment to Leadership on Campus. Research shows that faculty learn best from each other. You will
have the opportunity to share your outcomes campus wide.
• Faculty Stipend. Complete all components of the three semester program and earn $1,100.
