The Office of Administrative Services facilitates and supports the mission of the El Camino College in making a positive difference in people's lives.

We do so by managing the campus infrastructure: physical, digital, and financial. We prepare the District budget; report and monitor campus financial condition; plan, design, and construct new facilities; maintain, renovate and repair existing facilities.

We operate the bookstore and oversee food service concessions; issue permits for external use of campus facilities for filming, festivals, and conferences; install and maintain campus computers, ensure internet connectivity, Wi Fi signal strength, program our enterprise resource planning system, and telephone services.

We purchase the furniture, warehouse the supplies, negotiate contracts, manage the insurance coverage that the campus needs, and collect payments of fees.

And finally, we trim the trees, mow the lawns, empty the trash, and clean the bathrooms that help to make learning and working at El Camino College a transformative experience.
