Enrollment Verification Business hours in the Admissions Office:
Monday through Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
All enrollment verification requests are done in writing. All requests must have the written signature authorizing release of enrollment information from the student. To obtain a request, download the form Here or come to the Admissions Office located in the Student Services Center building and bring in or mail your request to:

In-school deferments are NOT processed in the Admissions Office. In-school deferment forms are forwarded to the National Student Clearinghouse.
The National Student Clearinghouse is the College's authorized agent for providing enrollment and degree verifications.
Enrollment is verified with lenders via the National Student Clearinghouse.

Important: When requesting by mail, please print and sign your name; it is important to include your phone number, Social Security Number or Student I.D. number, date of birth, and a copy of a photo I.D. Requests for enrollment verification takes between seven (7) to ten (10) working days to process.
