EL CAMINO COLLEGE 21st ANNUAL GOLF CLASSIC

Dear Sir or Madam,

El Camino College Athletics will be hosting the 21st Annual Golf Classic and we are asking you to “Hit’em Long for Warrior Athletics” and sponsor this year’s program fundraiser.  The event held at beautiful Los Verdes Country Club was a huge success last year.  We had a full course of 144 golfers join us for an outstanding time, in which all proceeds go to our athletic program.  We anticipate another record year for the event.

As you may know, El Camino is the largest single campus community college in the state.  The Warriors continue to experience success on campus and within the athletic programs.  Currently hosting 21 athletic programs our fall sports are experiencing great success and many rank at the top of state polls.  Our athletic excellence is well known in the community and earns substantial press coverage by The Warrior television network, The Daily Breeze, Torrance City Cable and the LA Times.  We serve a very diverse community and have a contiguous district of some 180 high schools.  In order to provide these teams with every opportunity to continue to be successful in competition as well as in the classroom we need your support. 

So help us “Hit’em Long for Warrior Athletics” and become a sponsor through valuable gifts, prizes, monetary donations and/or participation in our tournament.  Or if you have the time fill out the sponsorship information and join us out on the course.  As you will see being a tournament sponsor is more than just getting your name on a sign.  You will automatically become part of Warrior Athletics, which entitles you to some additional honors for one full year: 

May 2, 2008 – 7:00 am

• Placement on the annual golf brochure
• Placement within individual athletic team programs / website
• Announcements at athletic events
• Free admission to athletic events
