Enrollment Verification

 
All enrollment verification requests are done in writing.  All requests must have the written signature authorizing release of enrollment information from the student.  To obtain a request, come to the Admissions Office located in the Student Services Center building or send your request in writing to:

Important:  When requesting by mail, please print and sign your name; it is important to include your phone number, Social Security Number or Student I.D. number, date of birth, and a copy of a photo I.D.  Requests for enrollment verification takes between seven (7) to ten (10) working days to process.

Enrollment verification regular business hours in the Admissions Office:
Monday - Thursday:  10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Friday:  Closed
