ECC SPRING 2010 GRADS - FILE YOUR INTENT TO GRADUATE BY MARCH 5TH!!!
ARE YOU PLANNING ON GRADUATING IN THE SPRING? All ECC spring grads must file an INTENT TO GRADUATE FORM by MARCH 5, 2010.• More information and Intent to Graduate form available here or in the Admissions Office.
SAVE THE DATE! The El Camino College Commencement will be on Friday, June 11, 2010. The activities for all graduates and their friends/families include a reception at 1:00pm on the Library Lawn with FREE refreshments and entertainment and the Commencement ceremony itself at 4:00pm in Murdock Stadium. Information about Commencement will be mailed to all grads in April and will also be available at this website.
ASSOCIATED STUDENTS ORGANIZATION - YOUR STUDENT SENATE
The Student Senate meets twice a month during the Fall and Spring semesters. Agendas will be posted at least 72 hours prior to the meeting at the ASO Executive Cabinet Office in the Activities Center. Please contact the ASO Executive Cabinet at 310-660-3593, extension 3507 for more information. Please check the Student Activities Calendar of Events for upcoming meeting dates and activities.There will be a special election to fill the vacancy of Student Trustee.

STUDENT PHOTO I.D. CARDS ISSUED & ACTIVITIES CENTER HOURS
Please read this before coming in to get your NEW ECC
Student Photo I.D. card:
You must have actually registered for an ECC class at
least 2 business days before coming in to obtain a photo ID card
validated for that semester. Please bring your Driver's License (or
another photo I.D and have your 7-DIGIT ECC STUDENT ID
NUMBER along with your class printout that shows that you
are enrolled in classes. New cards are only
issued at the Activities Center Photo booth. If you
already have an ECC Student Photo ID card and you want to update it
with a current validation sticker, please bring in your card along
with a print out of your classes to the Activities Center or the
Library. For more information, please call the photo ID staff
during business hours at 310-660-3593, extension 6738.
NOTE: THE ACTIVITIES CENTER & PHOTO ID BOOTH WILL BE
CLOSED FROM FEBRUARY 10 THRU 15, 2010
