Steps to enrollment to the CalWORKs program:

1. Complete admissions process for ECC

2. Apply for Financial Aid

3. Complete Educational Plan with a CalWORKs Counselor

4. Complete CalWORKs intake packet with the CalWORKs Coordinator or Advisor
