What makes a man a batterer? How does a woman become his victim? "Byrd squarely faces the issue of violence in a work of Arhythmic intelligence and choreographic vigor" (Seattle Times). Powerful dance meets thoughtful community dialogue in this unusual evening.

Horton Award winner Gema Sandoval re-makes a tradition dating back 50 centuries: The honoring of deceased ancestors through rituals, parades and pageants. Floricanto conveys the mystery and humor of this holiday with its singular flair.

Susan Jaffe of American Ballet Theatre joins this favorite Christmas story of Clara and her Nutcracker who turns into a prince. A classic comes alive to Tchaikovsky's magical score.
