Reviewed, edited and rewrote many questions for the state text bank for exam questions.

Served the Real Estate Commissioner as part of the committee that added the criteria that new licensees must complete Real Estate Practice within 18 months of licensing, in addition to the existing requirement for completion of Real Estate Principles, to meet the Commissioner’s desire to raise the bar for educational requirements.

The intent is that increased education will decrease litigation and infractions by licensees on regulations.

 

Recognition Award

In 1998 the California Real Estate Educators Association (CREEA) selected Dr. Donna Grogan as the recipient for the Norm Woest Award as the “Most Outstanding California Instructor of the Year” presented  by Bob Bruss, Attorney and syndicated real estate columnist
