Instructions on how to link to another or to multiple instructors:

You can change your current account to link to another instructor or to multiple instructors or to a different student group for your current instructor. This way you can continue to use the same username and password even though you have more than one instructor. There are two ways of doing this.

1.  Changing From One Instructor to Another Instructor

PLEASE NOTE: This method deletes your current instructor and links you to a new instructor. It will also let you switch to a new student group for your current instructor.

  1. Log into your current account.
  2. Click “Change/Delete Current Instructor.”
  3. Click the radio button in front of the instructor you wish to change.
  4. Select your new instructor from the list, making sure that you get into the right student group. The name of the current instructor will now change to the one you selected. If you did not click on the radio button or you clicked on the wrong instructor, just repeat the above steps and select the correct one.

This method allows only your currently linked instructor, listed at the top of your home account page, to see your tests scores.

2.  Linking to More than One Instructor

PLEASE NOTE: This method will link you to more than one instructor (i.e. multiple instructors at the same time).

  1. Ask your new instructor for a Student-Access-Key.
  2. Log into your current account.
  3. Click "Link to another instructor."
  4. Type in the new instructor's Student-Access-Key.
  5. Click "Submit."

This method allows all instructors linked to your account to see your test scores. When you log into your account, you will see the word “Multiple…” listed as your current instructor at the top of your account home page.
