All student physical exams, CPR and livescans should be completed ASAP. Any student missing documentation will not be allowed to attend clinic. Several local hospitals have changed their health requirements. Students must show proof of positive titers for immunizations with ranges. CPR must be repeated annually (even if your certificate states 2 years). Chest x-rays for students with positive PPDs must be repeated annually. NO EXCEPTIONS
