Course Description:
Physical/Biological anthropology is a subdiscipline of anthropology that explores the evolution and biological diversity of the human species, as well as our closest living relatives, the non-human primates. Topics include: genetics, evolution, biology and behavior of non-human primates, human variation, forensic anthropology and fossil evidence for human evolution (CSU, UC, Degree credit).
