Announcement:

As you can see, the trip is very popular and we are going to sell out. Do not despair. I will still collect applications even after I recieve 25 deposits/applications. In my experience we usually have one or two drop out. I will create a waitlist of students by order of when they turn in applications. The waitlist students will not need to turn in a deposit at this time- just an application. These waitlisted students must be prepared to pay the $500-$2500 depending on the time when a participant drops out.  If the person can't pay the money right away, the next person on the list will be chosen.

Students can drop off applications in H321K during my office hours M-Th 7:30-8:00am or 12:30-1:00pm or in H322 the Humanities Division office 8:00-am- 4:00 pm. These materials must be complete and in an envelope with my name on it.

Important Dates

October 15, 2009: $500 deposit and complete application must be submitted to Pete Marcoux

November 25, 2009: 50% of the balance (appx $1000) must be submitted to Intercultura
