"Lomita Grows"- This is a PowerPoint demonstration of the growth of Lomita residential construction from 1904 to 2003. Data comes from LA County Assessor's records. This demonstration was created by Mike McDaniel, Lomita's GIS staff member, for one of his Masters Program courses at CSU Dominguez Hills.

To view, click HERE and then click on every screen until 1905. From that point on, you will see a map for each year appear at 2-second intervals with new construction in Red and prior construction in pink. You will need PowerPoint to view this program.
