Attendance: Students are required to attend both the lectures and labs.  Professor reserves the right to drop students who have missed more than 4 sessions of class.

Final Exam	200 points
5 Lecture Exams (100 pts each)	500 points
7 Clinical Case Studies (10 points each)	70 points
5 Lab Practica (50pts each)	250 points
20 Homework Assignments (5 pts each chapter)	100 points
Attendance and Participations	25 points
Total	1145 points
