The TOP Lab serves adult learners enrolled in or planning to enroll in the full range of vocational programs offered at El Camino College, such as Nursing and programs offered through the Business and Industry & Technology divisions.

The TOP Lab is open to all El Camino students on a drop in basis, although it focuses on providing resources and tutoring for students registered in vocational programs.
