 American Red Cross Club  The purpose of the ARC club shall be to assist the school and The American Red Cross of Greater Los Angeles in instituting, encouraging, and executing projects and services in accordance with The American Red Cross Code of Conduct, The Red Cross Fundamental Principles, and the American Red Cross Mission which reads as follows:

The American Red Cross, a humanitarian organization led by volunteers and guided by its Congressional Charter and the Fundamental Principles of the International Red Cross Movement, will provide relief to victims of disasters and help people prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies.

 Asian Club  The purpose of the organization is to foster students’ understanding of the Asian cultures and to strengthen the bonding between Asian students. The purpose of the organization is to support student parents in achieving their educational goals according to the following:

1. Members will organize fundraising events.

3. To assist parents with creating and finding resources for emergency situations.                   
4. Study groups and tutorial support for members.
5. To support members with building decision making skills.

El Camino College Student Chapter of the American Chemical Society

League of Legends at El Camino College (ECC)

The purpose of the club is to expand the club diversity that El Camino College offers, and to increase school pride by having students actively participating in cooperative video games (mainly, League of Legends by Riot Games Inc.) that require teamwork. Our club will participate in intercollegiate tournaments and competitions that Riot Games Inc. hosts, and by doing so, will increase social and business networks with the global network of students. Our club will also put efforts into the much needed community service. Our club will revolve around four (4) foundation principles: (1) School Pride, (2) Community Service, (3) Friendship/Network Growth, and (4) Self Improvement.

The Mathematical Physics Club

The purpose of the organization is to establish an open forum of intellectual discussions and debates on topics of cosmology, the history of science, mathematics, and physics. Giving students a further outlet with interest in these STEM fields and to further encourage the development of critical thinking in the fields of mathematics and physics. Creating a long-lasting network of STEM students entering into related fields of study, and having similar promoting internships, research and scholarship opportunities. Furthermore, to encourage members to participate in STEM related programs and volunteer work within and outside El Camino College.

ECC NEWS

The purpose of the organization is to keep students updated on what is going on at El Camino College and give club members hands on broadcasting related positions.
The purpose of the organization is to give the members broadcasting related occupations and improve their communication skills.
The broadcasting club will be a group meeting primarily between classes or weekends. The club films varsity sporting events, clubs, dramatic performances, and other events as requested and as time allows as well as weekly person of the month and news and stories that happen at El Camino College every month. Nonetheless it will help students advance on their communication skills.

Phi Rho Pi Forensics Society

 With the acknowledgement that forensics activities, designated as, but not limited to, competitive interscholastic speech activities, including debate and individual events, serves as a vital springboard assisting the motivated student towards understanding and communicating more effectively in a wide variety of contexts with a wider variety of audiences; Phi Rho Pi Forensics Society serves to further the aforementioned purposes and maximize, in the greater context of the campus community, a greater awareness and appreciation of the inherent benefits characteristic to forensics activities.

In fulfilling these criteria the Phi Rho Pi Forensics Society would act as an informal environment whereby students, interested in expanding their knowledge of communication skills outside the classroom setting may do so, thus being provided the opportunity to serve as a viable member of the El Camino College speech team.

The Phi Rho Pi Forensics Society in fulfilling said criteria would further serve as an essential booster for speech activities sponsored and sustained through the speech team of El Camino College on a local, regional, statewide and national level.

The purpose of this organization is to support the Puente Project, which promote members to:

A. Learn about major and career options to make informed choices about major and career goals.
