ADMIT RECEPTION CELEBRATION FOR FALL 2018 ADMITS
Transfer students who have been admitted to a University of California, a California State University or a Private/Out-of-State University for Fall 2018 are invited to attend the Admit Reception on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 from 2:00-4:30 p.m. in the East Dining Room (above Bookstore).

Deadline to RSVP is Tuesday, June 5, 2018.
TRANSFER TIMELINE FOR UC & CSU FALL 2018 APPLICANTS
March 1 – May 1, 2018 - Admissions letters sent or check the campus websites/portals for admissions status. Notify the Transfer Center to which university you were admitted.
May 1 – June 1, 2018 - Once admitted, submit Statement of Intent to Register (SIR) to UC or CSU of choice.
May 2018 - Attend the Admit Reception/Celebration at ECC, sponsored by the Transfer Center.
May 2018 (end of semester) - Once admitted and you have decided what university you will attend, you must do the following:
- Request CSU GE or IGETC certification at the Admissions & Records Office.
- Request final transcripts from the Admissions & Records Office to be sent to the university.
- If applicable, send final transcripts with posted AA/AS-T degree to the university
you will be attending by the university deadline.
Need to see a Transfer Counselor? The Transfer Center has walk-in hours
Meet with a Transfer Counselor on a first-come, first-serve basis. Counseling is limited to ten minutes. During walk-in hours you will be able to ask quick transfer related questions, ask questions about the UC Personal Insight Questions; discuss TAG basic requirements and review AA-T/AS-T "Intent to Graduate" petitions (students with ECC transcripts only).
SPRING SEMESTER WALK-IN HOURS:
Monica Lanier (SSC 108H): Mondays (2:30-3:30pm)
Atheneus Ocampo (SSC 102A): Thursdays (10:30-11:30am)
Note: Transcript evaluation and Education Plans are not appropriate for Transfer walk-in hours and require a counseling appointment.
