- Inter-Club Council meetings - every Wednesday at 12:00 noon in the Activities Center West Conference Room. This is an opportunity for clubs to exchange information/ideas and collaborate on projects/activities that mutually beneficial to the clubs, campus and community. The Inter-Club Council (or I.C.C.) is also responsible for approving new clubs and budget requests. Each club should send a representative to the Inter-Club Council meetings. The meetings are also open to the public and agendas are posted in the Activities Center West Lounge.
- Club Rush - 3rd week of the Fall and Spring semesters from 10am-2pm on Library Lawn
ICC will set up tables on the Library Lawn for clubs to recruit new members. Information will be available to clubs at the start of the semester. - I.C.C. Club Mixer
This activity is specifically for ICC reps, club presidents and advisers only. Invitations will be placed in club mailboxes and given out at the Inter-Club Council meetings. - I.C.C. 3-Day Bloodmobile - Fall and Spring semesters
This is a community service project sponsored by ICC for the American Red Cross. Clubs who recruit the most donors and volunteers will receive an award for their efforts. All sign ups will be online this semester at www.redcrossblood.org and enter sponsor code: ECC. Please pick up information and fliers in the Student Development Office. -
I.C.C. Homecoming Activities - Fall semester
› Homecoming Rally - to into Homecoming candidates & our ECC football team and judging of club banner contest. Spirit provided by the ECC Pep Squad!
› Homecoming Voting for Homecoming Queen and King - Candidates for Queen and King will be nominated by ECC clubs and ASO
› Homecoming Football Game and Halftime Parade - Football Game and halftime parade including classic cars with club Queen/King candidates & club banners. - I.C.C. Children's Holiday Party
Community project for invited pre-school children from local Headstart Programs. - I.C.C. Spring Games
Fun competition between ECC clubs emphasizing: spirit, pride, unity, friendship - I.C.C. End-of-Year Recognition Banquet - held at the end of the Spring semester
This is an invitation only event to recognize the accomplishments of the clubs and the Inter-Club Council.

INFORMATION - ALL CAMPUS ACTIVITIES AT WHICH FOOD IS SERVED, SOLD OR AVAILABLE
In an effort to insure that our campus activities and events meet the health standards for our community, the Student Development Office in association with Campus Foodservices, Inc. hasinstituted a "food safe" program for our student organizations. Please contact the Student Development Office if your club is planning an activity at which food is served, sold or available. The following may apply:
- NO HOMEMADE FOOD
- BAKE SALES OR OTHER FOOD FUNDRAISERS - only with packaged, store-bought items
- NO BARBECUES - unless facilitated by Campus Foodservices, Inc.
- ALL FOOD PREPARED BY OFF-CAMPUS CATERERS (WHETHER PURCHASED OR DONATED) - each caterer must provide a copy of their liability insurance and their food handling license
- FUNDRAISERS AT OFF-CAMPUS RESTAURANTS - are possibilities
