The Student Senate meets twice a month during the Fall and Spring semesters. Agendas are posted at least 72 hours prior to the meeting at the ASO Executive Cabinet Office in the Activities Center. For information contact the ASO Executive Cabinet at

Join a club at ECC! Club mailboxes are located at the counter in the Student Activities Center West Lounge.
Now available online are the Club Handbook and various forms that clubs must complete each semester
New students MUST:
Be registered in a class at least 48 hours (Please note: wait-list and audited classes are not eligible)
Bring a current, valid driver's license or another form of photo ID (For example, a passport or a high school ID)
Know your 7-digit ECC student ID number (retrieve this number at Admissions Office, Counseling Ofiice, Cashiers Window or Online under "My Class Schedule").
Continuing and Returning students:
If you already have an ECC student photo ID card, you do not need a new one. However, you may wish to update your ID card with a current semester sticker. These semester stickers are distributed at the Cashiers Windows, the Library's front desk, Music Library, Student Development Office and at the Photo ID Booth. Certain locations will require you to prove that you are registered in a current class. Simply bring a print out of your current class schedule.
