Auxiliary Services Board

The purpose of the Auxiliary Services Board is to oversee and disseminate Auxiliary Services funds.  The committee is formed per El Camino College Board Policy 3600.  Click here to view the Auxiliary Services Board bylaws.

2013-2014 Auxiliary Services Board Meeting Schedule

Meetings are open to the public.  Meeting agendas and minutes are posted on MyECC.  Meetings of the Auxiliary Services Board are held at 1:00 pm in room 208 of the Student Service Center on the dates listed below:

  • October 14 and 28, 2013
  • November 25, 2013
  • December 9, 2013
  • January 13 and 27, 2014
  • February 10 and 24, 2014
  • March 10 and 24, 2014
  • April 14 and 28, 2014
  • May 12, 2014
  • June 9 and 23, 2014

If additional meetings are deemed necessary by the board, the meeting will be held on the 4th Wednesday of a given month at the same time and place as noted above.
