ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

1. Parent and/or child are a recipient of TANF/CalWORKs
2. You are Over 18 years of age
3. You are single head of household
4. You hae at least one child under the age 14

Note: You must meet all of EOPS eligibility requirements
