Transfer students who intend to earn an AA/AS or AA-T/AS-T degree this summer should file the Intent to Graduate form between Monday, June 6 - Thursday, July 7, 2016 in the Admissions Office.  




May 1 June 1 - Submit Statement of Intent to Register (SIR) to UC or CSU of choice.

May 2016 (end of semester) - Once you have decided which university you will attend, you must do the following:

  • Request CSU GE or IGETC certification at the Admissions & Records Office.

  • Request final transcripts from the Admissions & Records Office to be sent to the university.   Note: UC final official transcripts are due by July 1 and the CSU deadline varies by campus.

  • If applicable, send final transcripts with posted AA/AS-T degree to the university you will be attending by the university deadline.


Need to see a Transfer Counselor? The Transfer Center has walk-in hours

Meet with a Transfer Counselor on a first-come, first-serve basis. Counseling is limited to ten minutes. During walk-in hours you will be able to ask quick transfer related questions, ask questions about the Personal Statement; discuss TAG basic requirements and review AA-T/AS-T "Intent to Graduate" petitions (students with ECC transcripts only).
