TO QUALIFY FOR EOPS STUDENTS MUST:
1. Be a California resident.
2. Enroll in 12 or more units.
3. Have fewer than 50 degree applicable units.
4. Your income is based on Method A OR B of the 2006-07 Board of Governors Fee Waiver (BOG) see below:

PLUS You must have and education need in one (1) of the following areas:
- Placement scores below English 1A or Math 40
- Non high school graduate or have passed the California Proficiency Exam, or earned a GED
- Previous enrollment in remedial courses
- High school graduate with GPA below 2.5
- Other factors as determined by the EOPS Director
