 Problem  Recommendation
 Lessons Load Slowly
  1.  Verify that your computer is meeting the lowest level requirements. 
  2.  Close all other software programs.
  3.  Load fewer software applications upon start-up.
  4.  Move to a another computer with more memory and faster processing speed..
  5.  Reboot your computer. 
  6. Dial-up Modems (56K) may experience slow load/play times.
 No Sound
  1. Adjust the volume.
  2. Verify that speakers are attached for peripheral systems.
 Lessons do not Print
  1. Verify that printer is turned on.
  2. Verify that the printer cables are attached correctly.
  3.  Switch-out the printer cable to another computer to verify that it works.
