Between the ages of 6 months & 24 years, have chronic health problems or a compromised immune system & are between the ages 25 to 64, pregnant, work in health care or emergency medical services or live with or care for children younger than 6 months old. OR Have chronic health problems or compromised immune system and are between the ages of 25-64.
