Summer 2008 - Eastern Europe

·  Wilieczka Salt Mine, a UNESCO World Heritage site

·  Slovakia

·  Explore the impressive mountains & lakes of Tatra Nat’l Park

·  Wander the hilltop ruins of Spis Castle

·  Hiking adventure in  Slovak Paradise National Park

·  Stay in the beautiful Renaissance town of Levoca

·  Hungary

·  Spend 3 nights in bustling Budapest on the Danube River

·  Croatia

·  Plitvice National Park, with 16 turquoise-colored lakes connected by waterfalls (above)

·  Slovenia

·  Stay in the coastal city of Piran with its Venetian Gothic architecture

·  Lounge on the beach at Portoroz, Slovenia’s premiere beach resort

·  Admire Predjamski Castle, located high on the face of a cliff

·  Wander through Skokjan Cave, Europe’s most impressive cave

·  Enjoy the spectacular Alps by hiking or whitewater rafting

·  Marvel at the waterfalls and cascades of Triglav National Park
