Robert Suppelsa
Robert E. "Bob" Suppelsa has served since 2015 as Vice President, Administrative Services
within the Los Angeles Community College District at Los Angeles Harbor and West Colleges.
Mr. Suppelsa has 30+ years of experience with schools and has expertise and accomplishments
in all areas of responsibility called for in this leadership position at El Camino
College. He has also provided successful financial and investment oversight for several
education Foundations.
Mr. Suppelsa has also served as the Chief Financial Officer in leading independent
schools and as Controller for the Montebello Unified School District. He has held
managerial leadership positions with Northrop Grumman Corporation responsible for
Engineering Administration and Advanced Systems Planning on several high technology
programs. Bob has also provided leadership as President of the Santa Monica Schools
Credit Union, a supporting board position for Kinecta Federal Credit Union and as
President of a Citizen's Bond oversight committee for a local school district. He
has also taught finance and school business administration coursework at Pepperdine
University and the University of Phoenix.
Mr. Suppelsa has lived in the South Bay for over 50 years and is the proud father
of a 2022 El Camino graduate!

Daniel Villanueva
Mr. Daniel “Danny” Villanueva has 20 years of experience as a Vice President of Administrative
Services, CBO/CFO in California Community Colleges and the County Office of Education.
He is well versed in the integration between Administrative Services providing support
to Academic Affairs and Student Services through Budgets, Facilities, IT, Procurement,
Risk Management, Auxiliary Services, program review and budget development, implementation,
and monitoring processes. Mr. Villanueva has had detailed involvement in the Accreditation
process having served as Accreditation Liaison Officer and Accreditation Co-Chair
for two accreditation cycles and served on several Accreditation visitation teams
through ACCJC.
Most importantly, Mr. Villanueva is a proud product of the Community College system.
As many students without access to community college have experienced, Mr. Villanueva
knows that he would not have had the opportunity for a post-secondary education if
it weren’t for the community college system.
