Flexible Learning with Online and Hybrid Courses

Unlike campus-based classes, distance education is a form of learning where you are not always physically present at school. Distance education classes offer the same quality instruation as face-to-face classes and cover the same course material. The only different is that part to all of the course is completed online!

Distance education courses at El Camino College provide students a convenient way to take classes. A wide variety of online and hybrid courses are available. These courses are fully accredited and offer the same high quality instruction and rigor as on-campus classes. The registration process, course content, course credit, and cost per unit is the same as equivalent courses held on campus. Anyone eligible to take courses on campus may enroll in distance education courses.

Registered students need to check the schedule of classes and their student email for more infromation on the start of courses. Log in to Canvas by the first day of class. To log into Canvas click on the Canvas logo below.
