Chromebooks in the Classroom
The ECC Foundation recently funded a Chromebook computer pilot project for two English classes led by Professor Pete Marcoux. More than 60 students will read and write in the digital world via Chromebooks installed with “Connect,” McGraw Hill’s digital textbook that students will use in class and at home instead of using a traditional textbook. Chromebook learning technology facilitates collaboration, instant feedback, access to information, and prepares students to read and write for future classwork and careers.
