An image captured by ECC Photography Department alumnus and CTE Advisory Board member Patrick Record was selected by the Wall Street Journal as one of the top photographs of 2018. Record's photo depicts the fires in Lake Elsinore. The staff photographer and videographer for the California State University Chancellor's office, Record is also a frequent guest speaker for ECC's photography program.
