Two former ECC baseball players were selected in the last day of the 2016 MLB First-Year Player Draft! Right-handed pitcher Dalton Erb, who played for North Torrance High and ECC, was selected in the 30th round on Saturday with the 894th overall pick by the San Diego Padres. Sean Isaac, a Mira Costa High grad and ECC standout, was selected in the 35th round with the 1,056th pick by the Los Angeles Angels.
