Accessing Virtual Health Screenings
Do You or a Staff Member Need to Visit Campus?
You must access and complete the online MedicatConnect Virtual Health Screening portal and register BEFORE coming to campus.
The MedicatConnect system is a secure, HIPAA-compliant portal used by employees to conduct virtual daily health self-screenings from home prior to visiting campus. Please review and share the following steps with staff. View step-by-step instructions.
- Register by clicking on the “Book Your Appointment Now Patient Portal” link on the Student Health Services page (red button)
- Click on the “Register” button located at the top right side of the screen.
- Create a username and password (must have Student/Employee ID number), then click “Submit”
- Log in and click the COVID-19 tab to take the health questionnaire
The website is secure and health questionnaire submissions may only be viewed by El Camino College nurses to maintain HIPAA compliance.
Please remember, visits to campus must be essential and limited to business that cannot be conducted remotely.
