Comprehensive Master Plan Update
The El Camino Community College Board of Trustees recently heard a first reading of the college's Comprehensive Master Plan (CMP) for 2017-2022. The CMP includes the Educational Master Plan, Facilities Plan, Staffing Plan, and Technology Plan. Developed through collegial consultation with input from the Academic Senate, Planning and Budgeting Committee, the College Council, Technology Committee, Facilities Steering Committee, and the Cabinet, the CMP provides a strategic roadmap and long-range planning for the future. Clear priorities and actions are set in accordance with the College Mission and Strategic Initiatives.
