The Hispanic Outlook on Education magazine has once again named El Camino College as one of the country's leading community colleges. El Camino is featured among the nation's "Top 25 Community Colleges for Hispanics" in the February/March 2020 edition. Rankings are based on ECC's 2018 enrollment figures and include No. 11 on the list of top 25 community colleges granting the most degrees to Hispanic students and No. 14 among the top 25 community colleges enrolling the largest number of Hispanic students. Recognition from the magazine highlights El Camino College's commitment to helping students achieve their academic goals through outstanding course offerings and a variety of support services. Hispanic students at El Camino College represent more than half of the student population.
