Members of the ECC PRIDE design team will make a presentation at the 4CSD Conference on March 16. Through a presentation titled "Innovation in Leadership Development: ECC PRIDE," the team of Anna Brochet, Arturo Hernandez, Tuan Hua and Lisa Mednick Takami will give an overview of the program, including information on the mentoring component.
Launched in spring 2017, the ECC PRIDE Leadership Program is named after the college's Statement of Values (People, Respect, Integrity, Diversity, Excellence) and is designed to include participation from faculty, staff and managers. The program uses sound practices and theory-based approaches in developing effective leaders. Members of each cohort will strengthen their capacity to be enthusiastic, innovative and creative leaders, ready to help design the future of the college to meet the challenges of the 21st century.
