Enrollment Management Plan Update

Process Improvement Project: Enrollment Management Goals
The Process Improvement Project continues to move forward, focusing on the "leaks" in the intake process and how they can be fixed. In response to the Top Five Recommendations from Interact Communications Inc., the Process Improvement Task Force has met twice to develop an action plan. In addition, a timeline has been established for the completion of each activity. Costs associated with the action plan will be identified in the 2017-18 budget planning cycle.

The next steps will be to generate monthly reports to ensure tasks are completed as planned and Institutional Research will develop an evaluation system to determine the impact of each action.

Success & Retention Rates: Fall 2016
Staff members from Institutional Research & Planning recently posted success and retention rates for fall 2016. These outcomes may be viewed by division, department, course, and even by instructor. In addition, IRP staff added interactive tools to assist those in support programs in documenting the success, retention and completion of students. Outcomes by age group, gender, and ethnicity are also available internally through MyECC. The Excel files for each term can be downloaded by logging into MyECC. Under the "Areas" tab, go to "Institutional Effectiveness" and then "Institutional Research and Planning" to access the files.
